Stella is very proud and self-centered, but cares deeply about her friends and family. She will stick to the people she loves and do anything to protect and help them. She's not a constant ray of sunshine, but will crack jokes to cheer her friends up when they are sad. Essentially, Stella's cheerful, helpful and supportive (even if she doesn't agree). She has shown to be optimistic to hide sadness.
She's obsessed with which clothes look best or which dresses match her face the best. Sometimes she gives unsolicited fashion advice to people in Alfea.
Stella would rather go out with boys (specially Brandon) than study or work. She's also very intuitive and likes to match make. The girls usually get bothered by her laid back attitude and the fact that she struggles to understand why her friends do not always like being set up.
Out of the six winx, she's is the most flirty and "boy crazy". Even though she's with Brandon, she will more often than not flirt and check out other guys. Still, they never had serious jealousy problems (unlike Sky and Bloom).
Personally I've seen in the show that she's the laziest. She always complains when it comes to physical activities. She's also the first to organize pajama parties, and general social events. When one of them is down she always proposes going out. She's also quite the foodie (she's the only one who's commonly looking out for food).
